CHARAMAI is a luxurious, healthy kombucha (fermented tea) made from locally sourced ramie green tea which is more sustainable and has superior anticancer and antioxidant properties than common green tea. Our goals is to empower local communities in Sumedang, creating healthier lifestyle, while contributing to a greater social impact. I am particularly interested in innovating within the realm of microbiology and food products that have a positive impact on both society and the environment.
